I go by Ani.
At the age of 22, I immigrated to Poland (back in 2018) and started my undergraduate studies. July 2019, I started my professional life as a Customer Service Specialist while simultaneously pursuing a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering. I worked full-time almost through my entire undergraduate degree, transitioned into Technical IT Support, and then into AI/ML Engineering at Ricoh Europe, all while completing a Master's in Data Science and Business Analytics. No gaps, no breaks. Every step taken while carrying the previous one.

That pattern hasn't changed. Every role I've taken was in a domain I had no prior right to be competent in. IT incident response while finishing a Master's in Data Science. AI/ML engineering at Ricoh while co-founding VivaShelf outside working hours. The titles look scattered. The throughline is compression - pick up something hard, if it interests me, I learn, deliver, and learn more.

Right now I'm an AI/ML Automation Engineer at Ricoh Europe, where I shipped over five different Agentic AI proof-of-concepts in my first six months across ITSM, CSM, and FSM domains. Working extensively on Gap Analysis, Omnichannel Architecture, research and development of voice and chat architecture, enabling automated case deflection using Agentic AI and Workflow Automation. I also founded VivaShelf - a food waste SaaS for restaurant operators. This site is where I publish what I'm learning along the way.
